RETURNS
We hope you love your SHOPCINNA order. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 14 days using the original payment method.
Please note that products showing signs of use, damage, or alterations may not be eligible for a refund.
