  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders:

  • Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other charges may be imposed by your local authorities.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • ShopCinna is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • We may not be able to modify the address after the order has been processed.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or re-shipped orders.
  • ShopCinna is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the package.
  2. Provide your order number and any supporting information or photographs.
  3. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Split Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when applicable.
